Once upon a time, in a land nestled far beyond the seas, there lived a humble shepherd. Each day, he roamed the rolling green hills, tending lovingly to his herd beneath wide, open skies. Life was quiet, steady, and filled with the gentle rhythms of hoofbeats and wind.
But one golden evening, as the sun dipped low and painted the hills with firelight, the shepherd was struck by a vision — a glimmering dream whispered by the twilight. In this dream, he saw a distant land where liberty bloomed like wildflowers and the air smelled sweet with promise. And there, in that land of freedom, he would craft something extraordinary: cheese made from the milk of his beloved goats — rich, pure, and full of character.
With heart alight and his faithful wife beside him, the shepherd journeyed across oceans and continents, following the call of that dream. And in the land of stars and stripes, they planted new roots and founded Mt. Eitan Cheese, a haven where the spirit of the pasture lives on in every tangy, creamy bite.
And from that day forward, people far and wide rejoiced in the magic of his cheese — a gift from hill to homeland, from heart to hand.
On SUNDAY, June 22nd please join us for our first of the SUMMER SERIES SUNDAY SUPPER with Omer & Tal of MT EITAN CHEESE.
We offer one family style seating for this fixed price, six course meal. We are happy to accomodate dietary restrictions with advance notice whenever possible.
We do create non alcoholic beverages for those that prefer not to drink wine or beer. The ticket price does not include beverages or gratuity so please bring cash to tip the house, we can also accept Venmo.
